Help JD Shaw and Wife Overcome Financial Strain
Donation protected
I am JD Shaw, a disabled veteran, who proudly served in the US Navy. My wife and I are having a difficult time with with our monthly bills. My wife had to leave the workforce due to cataracts earlier this year, she has had surgery to correct her vision and is expected to return to working January 2025. Over the last six months we have been a one-person income, versus both of our incomes. During this time, utility and rent have been late and this month I could not even meet rent. We are in danger of being evicted, I have worked with the landlord and bought us a week. All utilities have been cut-off due to not making minimum payments, however we were loaned money to pay to have services returned and it is past time to pay those people back. If anyone has experienced this they will know how stressful of a situation it is and this does not help with my disability and daily living.
Your donation will not be miss used as the goal we have set is a portion of what we are working towards paying, what we owe. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and I hope you are able to donate.
