Help JD replace the losses for his Youtube Channel

Many of you are probably already familiar with JD from the youtube channel "the History Underground"

He produces some of the best history content on youtube by visiting historic sites around the world, making videos that educate and inspire. He's also a public school teacher and has spent time in Poland helping with refugees escaping the crisis in Eastern Europe. Most importantly he's a father, husband, and an all-around really good guy.

Recently I got to spend a few days with him in Normandy, France where he was making some amazing content, telling stories that he was excited to share. He had nearly a month planned in Europe, making several months worth of educational content to share with the world. On the 2nd leg of that trip, someone broke into his rental car and stole all his equipment: Cameras and accessories, hard drives, laptop, tablet, etc.

Not only did he lose everything he shot in Normandy, but he lost the ability to make videos in Greece and has had to cut his planned trip short by several weeks. How did he respond? By speaking about grace and love and offering prayers for the person who did this to him.

I speak as a friend of JD's and also as a fan of his work. I believe he has one of the best channels on youtube, and we are all missing out with him unable to make his regular content. We need to get his channel back up and running as soon as possible. I'm asking for your help to get his equipment replaced quickly, and to set him up to be able to get back to Europe and make the content he was unable to make because of the theft of his equipment.
