Help JD Parr financially fight brain tumors!

JD (James David) has recently gotten some pretty tough news about his brain tumors. He's grown up dealing with them but until a few months ago they have become unbearable again.

At a young age Jd was diagnosed with multiple meningiomas (brain tumors).

In the past he had multiple surgeries to remove the ones that have been operable and causing problems and continued with check ups since.

Nearly six months ago the pain was getting out of hand and effecting every aspect of his daily life. He has tried multiple different pain managements but nothing at this point is helping. About two months ago he started suffering from some physical and mental complications making it very difficult to manage life all together.

Shortly after those symptoms began JD went back to the doctor where he was sent for an updated MRI. A week went by and the doctor called and told JD that 5 new meningiomas have showed up very rapidly, and the older ones were growing as well bringing his total to 14. One tumor grew on his c1 and completely surrounded it causing a spinal fluid leak. Which has been causing extreme pain in his legs and severe migraines making it hard to do anything on a normal basis.

After many phone calls he had finally gotten the news that he will have to start gamma knife radiation at Mayo clinic in Minessota and possibly surgery in the near future once a full plan has been made out with his surgeon.

JD (26) is an exceptional father to a 2 year old little girl and a boyfriend to hard working girlfriend who is a full time nursing student in Denison.

If you know Jd you already know that he is not the type of person to ask for help, but I am asking for help for him, his girlfriend and his beautiful baby girl.

They know they’re going to have a lot of hospital bills coming in, a lot of traveling, and both of them will have to take time off of work. Anything would be appreciated during these tough times.
