Hello all, I’m JD MCCLURE if you do not already know we. I am a Navy veteran of 8 years. I have a son and 3 beautiful granddaughters

The last year, especially the last 4 months have taken a toll on me financially and I’m in need of help. That’s the hard piece for me, asking for help. I’ve had medical issues from a dog attack in October, that is requiring surgery and a follow ons. I’ve had to front money for ER visits, Dr appointments and testing out of my savings and now my car died on Christmas Day while I was traveling, I spent my day and night alone for the first time on Christmas, at a Loves truck stop, in a cold car with the engine blown. They don’t have Uber or Lyft in that area, had to find a ride to get to WV. The car needs extensive repairs and I do not have the extra money right now to get it repaired.

I have surgery on Jan 8th and hope that I can get the repairs started before then so once I’m up and about I’ll have my car fixed. Thank you in advance if you’re able to give me a hand up!! This is very difficult for me to ask, I’m used to giving help and assisting others! I will pay this forward when I’m back on my feet. Take care and Happy New Year. Thank you.
