Help JD and his family in these hard times.

Hello everyone, this account has been created for JD Jacobs and his family. JD was involved in a vehicle vs pedestrian accident on Martin Way in the early morning hours of May 7, 2022. He was walking down Martin Way, when he was struck by a truck, then immediately struck again by another car. He sustained injuries to his chest and abdomen.

 

JD underwent emergency surgery to stop internal bleeding, and will need more surgeries in the coming days. He is currently at a hospital in Olympia in the ICU, on a ventilator, and is in a medical induced coma to assist in the healing process and to avoid any further damage to his already very serious injuries.

 

As of now, JD is stable, but in critical condition, and he has a very long road to recovery ahead of him. JD’s family is taking time from work to be by his side, not to mention the uncertainty of impending medical expenses.

 

We are asking that anyone who is able to donate any amount to please consider helping JD and his family in their time of need.
