Jazzmine is a 35 year old loving mother of five, a deeply spiritual and kindhearted woman who always shows up for the people she loves—with compassion, strength, and an open heart.

Right now, Jazzmine is facing the fight of her life. She was diagnosed with leukemia about 3 and half years ago and has been fighting hard each day to do all the necessary things to keep the cancer away but her doctors have recently (this past week) advised against continuing chemotherapy because the cancer just isn’t responding to treatment. She’s now focusing on comfort, quality of life, and surrounding herself with love and support.

One of Jazzmine’s greatest wishes is to travel to California to visit her close family. This trip is incredibly important to her emotionally and spiritually, and we want to help her make it happen as soon as possible while she’s still well enough to travel.
