I recently made some big changes in my life, hoping to create a better future for myself and my kids. But since then, it feels like every step forward has come with new challenges. Over the past month, I’ve struggled just to keep up with basic needs—there have been times when I couldn’t afford groceries or even Christmas presents for my children. My full-time job only covers half our rent, and I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I want to be there for my kids, but working more hours would mean being away from them even more. That’s why I’m working hard to transition to being a full-time nail tech, so I can support my family and be more present in their lives this new year.

Right now, we’re facing urgent moving expenses and the uncertainty of not knowing where we’ll go next. My work provided me with a car, but it needs a new starter, and I just don’t have the funds to fix it. Without reliable transportation, it’s even harder to get my kids to school and myself to work. The money raised here will help us with moving assistance, storage while we find a new place, and getting my car fixed so we can keep moving forward. Most importantly, it will help us avoid having to stay in a shelter and give us a chance to settle into a new home.

Anything helps and I am very appreciative. I never ask anyone for anything, so this is hard for me, but sometimes people need help. I have always helped others and now I just need a little start to get back on my feet. May God bless each and every one of you and continue to bless you.
