Hello,

My name is Jazmin, and I’m raising money for an immigration attorney. I received a letter from DHS needing to present myself in front of an immigration judge to decide whether they let me stay or I get to leave. This is my first time ever being in an immigration court. I have been here since 2008. I have three beautiful toddlers, ages 3, 4, and 5 years old, and I am currently 10 weeks pregnant, due in January 2026. I am also married to a US citizen. Because of the same issue, we haven’t been able to submit anything just yet, but sadly, I received this notice before we could even start the process.

I was brought here when I was 11 years old. My whole life since has been here in the US. I went to junior high and graduated high school in 2014. I also attended EVIT and graduated from dental and cosmetology program in 2015. I did apply for DACA but was denied.

I am asking for help because I cannot afford a lawyer at this moment and the court date is coming up this August. I can’t and I don’t want to be away from my children; they need me as much as I need them. I want to continue seeing them grow up, continue being there for their achievements, and be there for their first heartbreak. This is my home; this is where my life is.
