Hello, my name is Jazlyn Mienheartt. I am raising money for funds for my baby boy's treatments and battles against cystic fibrosis. He is a 6-month-old twin; he has a twin sister and two older siblings. Travel is hard with three other littles and no reliable transportation. This little boy has been through so much in his little almost 7 months of life. I want to be able to make sure he gets the care he needs, to keep him safe and at home.
