Jazari's dad Kual Majok Madit Rach passed away from Stage 4 cancer.  His last request was to be buried in his home town Rumbek, South Sudan.  Jazari is his sole son in the United States and has never traveled outside of the United States. 

Your donation will help with the funeral expenses in the US.  Transport of his dad to Rumbek.  Air fare for Jazari and a support friend to travel to South Sudan to say final good byes.  

Jazari is such an inspiration to this community.  He tells stories of history being made through his production company and it would be so great if we could give back to him by helping him carry out his fathers final wish.

In memory of Kual Majok Madit Rach, one of his final wishes was to be taken to his homeland Rumbek, South Sudan to be buried. Our grandfather and family on his side are waiting for him so that they can say their goodbyes and lay him to rest. The journey from here until then will be hard for us.
