Support Jay Maya's Memorial Fund

Dear family, friends, and community,

My name is Renee Sauder. It is with deep sorrow that I share the news of our beloved Jay (Audiel) Maya’s passing. I worked with Jay on and off for 30 years at Sonny’s Pizza in San Clemente.

First and foremost, Jay was a family man who supported an extended family with his skills as a painter, handyman, and busboy. Jay was a joyful, compassionate, caring, and hardworking man. On November 30th, Jay suffered a heart attack which resulted in him being on life support. He spent weeks in ICU where doctors and nurses worked endlessly to improve his condition. Unfortunately, Jay did not recover from the severity of his heart attack.

We want to give “Jay” Audiel Maya the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory, and say our last goodbyes. To help cover the funeral expenses, we are humbly asking for donations. Your support, whether through contributions or kind thoughts, is deeply appreciated during this difficult time.
