Help Jaymie Dyer Heal: Double Lung Transplant Fund

I’m starting this GoFundMe account to help my sister, Jaymie, with the financial burden of medical expenses associated with her double lung transplant. For those of you don’t know, Jaymie was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma back in 2018. She has been in remission since finishing treatment, but has developed pulmonary fibrosis as a side effect of one of the chemo drugs. She is currently hospitalized with a pneumothorax (collapsed lung) and is being placed on the lung transplant list.

Jaymie is currently in her second year of residency to become a pediatrician. Though this career does not define her, it does give a glimpse into her heart and personality.

Jaymie is an incredible soul. Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting her knows how genuine and kind she is; those who are lucky enough to know her, know she is also incredibly strong and selfless.

She has a lot of fight left in her and I am hoping we can help take some of the stress of medical bills off her shoulders to allow her to focus on her healing journey.

My family and I would also be thankful for any prayers sent her way.
