Hi Guys, it’s Mai. As some of you may know, we received some very unfortunate news that my little Princess Jaylee will need to undergo heart surgery. We spent her entire life monitoring a condition that most kids outgrow, but mine is going to have to fight. Jaylee was diagnosed with VSD, a condition where she has a hole in her heart that needs to be closed up. In addition, her aortic valve has been leaking and will also need to be repaired. Although asking for help does not come easy for me, I’m faced with having to be out of work for up to 8 weeks to nurse my baby during her extensive recovery period. This is going to cause hardship that I did not foresee and am prepared for.
