Hello everyone. My 1 year old, Jayko A. Martinez was born with a heart condition called Pulmonary Artesia with Intact Ventricular Septum.
Here in California he was admitted for a couple surgeries which didnt do much or cured anything. We need a special surgery but there is only a few doctors that have the knowledge about this type of heart disease. We need to travel to Boston but our medical insurance does not cover for the open heart surgery he needs. Without this surgery, he will only live for certain years.
I am asking for your help to get enough funds for surgery and travel to Boston to give my son a good chance for a good life. This has been an emotional rollercoaster due to almost loosing him a couple of times, he is only 1 year old. Since birth, we been in and out of the hospital, my son deserves a normal life and he deserves to live..
Besides the sad days, he's a very smart happy and sweet baby, I couldn't ask for anything else❤️
