Hi, my name is Karina and I am fundraising for my nephew Jaydan, on behalf of my sister Oksana and her partner Davey.

Jaydan has very recently been in a tragic accident, whereby he has suffered with a Level 4 Chemical/Thermal burn affecting his eyes. At this stage, we are unsure of the degree of damage to the eyes, but as a family we remain hopeful.

Jaydan is an 11 year old boy, who had a love for life and the outdoors, he tried everything from football to boxing. He loved playing with brother and sister and had a passion for motorbikes.

Giving the horrific circumstances, Jaydan is remaining strong and hopeful about his future. However there is a long road to recovery ahead for Jaydan with ongoing operations in the upcoming weeks.

Jayden's mam, Oksana, and dad, Davey, have become Jaydan's full time carers during this uncertain time. We ask for your kindness and well wishes as we navigate this new journey of our family's lives.

As Oksana's sister, I am asking for any donations which will allow Jaydan's transition to be as smooth as possible and allow my family to create a new normal.
