Help Jay With Medical & Living Costs

I am calling on everyone to help Jay Smith recover from an unfortunate life-altering event. Jay is a victim of a motorcycle accident and has been in ICU since Sunday 08/06/2023. Jay has been in ICU and received multiple extensive surgeries with more to come. There is a long road to recovery ahead and months of therapy in order for Jay to walk again.

I am calling on family, friends and brothers and sisters of the motorcycle community to help a brother in need. There will be extreme medical expenses to pay and the cost of bills that don't stop while he is out of work because of this tragic event. The road to recovery will be intensive and to sustain life, funding is needed. He has kids that will need support as well!
