As you may or may not know our friend and favorite Hip Hop musician Jay Speak Lane ( Speak The Rebel ) has been forced to put his music life and working life on hold due to a medical condition which will require surgery and recovery time. This puts him in a really rough situation financially and personally as he is the sole caretaker of his Mother who’s own medical issues are very costly and time consuming as well. This means he will be in need of another caretaker to help out which will cost more money. To compound all of that because he’s an independent worker both music wise and day job wise he’s Uninsured which makes paying for everything I detailed above damn near impossible without some assistance. This is where all of us as his friends and supporters of his music can step up and take some of the weight off his already overwhelmed shoulders by pitching in whatever we can financially to go towards all of the expenses that will be incurred during this difficult time. You know he’s the kind of man who does everything he can to help anyone around him so let’s reciprocate by doing the same for him and his family.
