Help Jay Relocate and Cover Medical Costs

My name is Siomara. I am raising some money for my sister, Janira, better known to everyone as Jay. My sister was diagnosed a few years ago with Lupus and several other autoimmune diseases. She is considered disabled. She can only work a few hours a week. It has been very hard for her to do so with her condition and constantly battling lupus. She had to relocate to Jacksonville to be closer to Mayo Clinic where her condition is monitored closely. Unfortunately, she hasn’t been to work much because of her recent decline. She will have to relocate to a smaller space. Jay will need some help with expenses for the move, setting up, and medical. If you know Jay, she has always been there for everyone.
