Hey yall! First off, I want to say, there are definitely people in this world in more need than I am, and I’m very fortunate to have a dream in this life I can chase. So if it comes down to someone needing help with something serious, like a medical thing, please help them first. Now that that has been said, let me explain why I need this. I never imagined I would be making a jump to Nashville, but I did, and it’s been paying off in a major way. I’ve been booking shows all over the country and I feel it’s time to start growing that dream. Growing pains are good. But they are pains. Y’all, in short, my vision is to have 8 brand new songs recorded, to have a tour bus that is comfortable enough to basically live on, a sound/lighting system, and a cargo trailer to haul it all. That’s the dream. This tour bus is 25k. It’s in great shape with tons of brand new parts. I’m currently building my sound system, but this is by far the largest purchase I’ll need to make to help make that big leap to nationally touring artist. At the moment I spend 700$ on a tour bus every time we hit a weekend run. If i get to the point where I’m touring full time beginning in march, I will be spending upwards of 3k per month just on rental fees. To put that in perspective, that is almost two brand new songs each month I could be putting out. At 42 years old, I know this is a huge dream, and may take a while, but with enough people helping out and getting on board, i believe this can become a reality. If you know me, you know I have always encouraged everyone in my life to chase their dream, and tried the best I could to always get involved in some way. Now I’m reaching out to see how this goes. Every dime of the money raised for this will go towards a tour bus, hopefully this one. 250 people at a $100 donation would seal the deal. Can you imagine if this actually works y’all? Like, one day a video comes out and I’m standing on a bus that is carrying me and the band all over the U.S.? All because you cared enough about a 42 year old man’s dream of making music and playing originals all over the country? Anyway, I usually don’t have a lot of faith in these things, but, this is real for me, so here I am, steppin out on hope man. Thank y’all for whatever you can do. I love you guys! -Jay
