This GoFundMe was not created lightly, nor is it an attempt to take advantage of a difficult situation. This was a sudden and completely unexpected medical emergency.

Jay “Phantom” known by everyone as always being on the go recently experienced his very first seizure. Because this was a first time occurrence, doctors require him to be closely monitored and have restricted him from driving for the next three to six months until he is medically cleared. Unfortunately, driving is essential to his job, as he works repossessions and operates a tow truck for a living.

To make matters more difficult, Jay does not have medical insurance, and the medical care, monitoring, and loss of income have significantly impacted our household. This situation has forced changes we were not prepared for, and asking for help is something we never imagined doing.
