UPDATE Help Jay Neeley recover from car accident

UPDATE Hi everyone. I am organizing this for my partner Jay Neeley. Some may know him as "Ozy" or "RockyMount". He was in a serious car accident that totaled his truck that he uses for his home business. He has had to have a total hip replacement. He also has broken ribs and other internal injuries that he will be recovering from for a while. (Update 1/20) He had to have more surgery to stop some internal bleeding that wasn’t allowing him to heal. After he becomes more stable, he will be in a Rehabilitation Hospital from 5 days up to 2 weeks.

After over two weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center we got him home!! He is still in quite a bit of pain, but improving every day.

If you know Jay, you know that he would do anything for anyone and give what he can. His house and food storage has been known as "OzyMart" for anyone who needs it. Asking for help for himself is a very hard thing for him to do.

He had full coverage on his truck, however it's going to take quite a bit more to replace it with something. It will also be a while before he will be able to recover enough to fully run his business. It is going to be tough making ends meet.

He would be grateful for any help getting through this rough patch. I know he will bounce back because that's who he is.
