Jay is my brother-in-law and friend to everyone who has ever had the pleasure of crossing his path. Unfortunately, he has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and he will undergo oral/neck surgery next week (which may include a tracheostomy). Radiation and chemotherapy treatment plans will be made after surgery, and could result in a much longer recovery as well.

Jay will need help with medical bills and living expenses. The loss of income is significant as Jay is a single father and sole support to his son Nick, and is just a super human. The unexpected loss of Nick's mom last year has been very difficult. Jay is a hardworking commercial roofer and a genuinely kind person. Please donate anything that you can to help Jay and Nick - they have had a rough couple of years, and this is just one more life altering event that is going to be very difficult to get through without our help. Jay will help anyone, and now it is time for us to help him and show him how much we care.
