Help Jay make a full recovery

Jay is a 6 month old puppy, very happy playful pup. On Monday night 8/13/2018 he was hit by a car. We rushed him to the hospital and they told us he needed surgery to repair his front paw and pelvis. Please help us raise this money and help jay live a normal life.
