I am starting a Go fund me for my fiancé Jay, he found out a couple months ago he has some pretty major issues with his back, he has 1 bulging disc & 2 herniated disc, he is doing treatment now! He is going with a doctor that thinks they can fix it without surgery he isn’t able to work much because he has to be at the clinic 4 days a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
