My name is Jay, and I identify as Non-Binary. I have always known that my brain didn't match my body, and tried to fight that for the longest time. But now I know who I am, and who I'm meant to be, and getting top surgery would be the one thing that would alleviate the gender dysphoria I have suffered with my entire life.
