Hey guys, this is SO new to me, I have donated to GoFundMe's in the past so I know a bit about them, but bare with me.

My name is Michael. I'm starting this GoFundMe for my brother Jay. He has type two Diabetes, and over the last few months he has had numerous surgeries on his little toes and on his left foot. The Doctors decided that they had to amputate his left foot, six inches down from his knee due to infections. He has been in the hospital for over a month, and is now at home. I flew out to Apopka Florida from California for moral support and tried to help in any way I could. All of his bills are piling up and he's behind on his rent going on two months. To top things off, they are gassing his Townhome for termites at the end of this month and he needs to be out of the rental for four days, that means, the food, the cats and plants have to go too. Jay is now by himself in Apopka. I had to get back to my job and his friends had to leave as well.

I'm just hoping friends and family and even people reading Jay's story could help Jay out and get him back on his feet (no pun intended) Jay's trying to have a very positive outlook, but backed up bills are a reality that he is dealing with. Please help in anyway way possible. I know times are tough for most right now, but Jay's learning all over to walk on a prosthetic foot. Please send him some love in any way you can. It would mean the world to him as he doesn't ask for help often.
