Help Jay Cinelli & his family

Jay Cinelli had a severe asthma attack on the morning of Monday November 11th. His heart stopped for about 6 minutes and paramedics were thankfully able to revive him. He is currently in Exeter Hospital ICU with a ventilator to help him breathe and is in a medically induced coma. Anyone who has had the pleasure of crossing paths with Jay knows he is a fun loving, caring man. His family is always his number one priority. We are unclear on what the future holds for this kind soul and we are asking for donations  to help cover medical expenses accumulated from his time in the hospital along with anything his family may need at this difficult time.
