Help Jay Beal Sr. and his family

Thank you for your interest in supporting my brother Jay Beal Sr. Jay is diagnosed with Silicosis, Occupational lung disease. With his lung condition he is unable work, and hasn't been able to fish to earn money.

This fundraiser is still open, to help them with day to day living expenses, he applied for assistance/disability, but that takes forever to get approved.

Jay is married to Louisa, their household consists of a family of 4. Their household resides in Metlakatla, Alaska.

For the past 26 years, Jay has been a welder and worked with fiberglass on boats, which has taken a significant toll on his lungs. He's worked on many boats including their own.

Jay has always been there to help the community and was willing to drop everything to help out anyone whether it be fixing boats with his welding and fiberglass skills, to working on cars, or construction maintenance he was always ready to help.

Jay has good days and bad days, on a good day he likes to make it out for Trout fishing.

The funds from this will go towards any expenses, bills, and food for their family.
