Help Erica and Jay prepare for Baby Savannah after Fire

Hi All, my sister and her husband, Jay, are expecting their first child in only a few weeks. Unexpectedly today, their house caught fire. Most importantly, everyone is safe and healthy. However, we all know how trying dealing with insurance can be and they do not have the luxury of time with the baby due so soon. Their house is unlivable, likely for the next six months to a year, and nearly everything ready for the baby will need replacing. They are not ones to ask for help but are often the first to offer it.

I am asking for any small amount of help anyone can provide to them to get them through this difficult time as they prepare for baby Savannah to enter the world. Thank you all very much!
