Friends and School of Rock family,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to tell you that our dear friend Matt Petry passed away last week.

Matt was father to House Band vocalist Jay Petry and a member of School of Rock's Adult Program. He was a dedicated father to both his children Ellie and Jay. He was a bright light in this world, greeting everyone he met with a wide smile.

The family is devastated by Matt's sudden and unexpected passing. In

addition to the emotional toll, his family is now facing unexpected costs.

Together, we can lift some of the burden and help the Petry family pay for funeral arrangements and other family expenses. If you’re in a position to donate, we would be very grateful. Whatever you can give, it all adds up.
