Hello all,

My son, Jaxson Dewar, has undergone his kidney transplant at last. We are at Cedar Sinai Hospital in the LA area. He is doing well but will remain in the hospital for 10 to 15 days recovering.

Mom and I are currently commuting 3 hours each way and would like to get a room locally so we can each take turns staying as we take care of him until his release.

I am reaching out to my community of friends for help as we are currently unable to provide this ourselves. Please, if you can, donate towards our unexpected medical expense fund. I would personally very much appreciate it.

I dislike asking; however, family first and pride second.
