Help Jax Recover from Bear Attack

We're coming on here humbly asking for help to pay for our dog Jax's surgery. Jax was attacked by a bear today (July 3rd) in our driveway, luckily he got a few bites in and was able to get free. Not without injuries unfortunately. He's got a few gashes and holes on his sides / back end and is having surgery for internal bleeding and the gashes he endured.
