Help Javier's Cause

Javier G. is been a beloved, hardworking, loyal employee at local restaurant, Senor Pepe's Mexican Restaurant, for over 10 years. Originally from Michoacán, he has  been a model employee and always surpassed company standards. He is a great person to work with and is always in a great mood.

About over a year ago Javier was diagnosed with late stage cancer. He has gone through chemotherapy treatments and surgeries. He is still scheduled more treatment and surgeries. He is paying many expenses out of pocket.
A co-worker of Javier decided to collect donations for him by adding a "donations jar" at the front register.  For months now, many customers and employees have been donating to this cause. 
Today, a person walked into the establishment, pretending to be a customer, she asked if she can make a purchase. The staff member then walked away to serve the "customer"... it was at this moment the thief realized she was alone and not many persons were around to see her actions. She quickly grabbed the donations jar and walked out quickly. She proceeded to run into her parked, running car, and sped away with the donations.
