Hello everyone, this is my oldest brother Javier. I am reaching out to everyone because he is in dire need of financial help urgently. In March 2020, he injured himself and got a small scrape on his right leg. At that moment he did not think anything of it; shortly after that he was diagnosed with CoVid-19 and gave me and my family a huge scare. Thank God he was able to surpass the disease and was feeling healthy and happy to be alive. Fast forward to February 2021, where his once small and harmless scrape has turned into the most painful, worst injury anyone could have ever imagined. This little harmless scrape has somehow grown in size and gotten severely infected, to the point of possibly having his leg amputated. Now, my brother lives in Tijuana, Baja California and does not have medical insurance. He also happens to be the breadwinner in his family of 3. His pregnant wife and 19 month old baby girl depend on him for everything. Not to mention he has 8 kids, that he loves dearly, in the U.S. (and is heartbroken daily by the fact that he cannot physically be by their side). His shoes of life have not been easy to walk in, but he does it daily, and never complaints. Now, times are beyond hard for him! And needing to ask for help is not easy for anyone to do! He has been bedridden for 4 months now, because he can not walk from having to have his infected, dead skin cut down on his leg, all the way down to bone exposure. This scrape has taken a toll on his life, and continues to do so. On top of everything that he is having to deal with to save his leg, he has other underlying health conditions; I am talking about diabetes, high blood pressure, heart apnea, being anemic and needing a blood transfusion; the depression is beginning to get his hopes of recovering down. And I refuse to see my brother give up on life! From doctor visits, to surgeries, medications, hospital stays, nurses fees, doctor fees, treatments with expensive machines (i.e. V.A.C.ULTA Negative Pressure Wound Therapy), and endless amounts of necessities (i.e. gauze sponges, cleaning solutions, gloves, etc.), the financial hardship is never-ending. He has been in excruciating pain for the last 3 months doing therapies. However, he is on the verge of having to have his leg amputated due to lack of funds. He can no longer afford to pay the doctor, hospital and medications. So please continue to help me, help my brother and please donate to his medical expenses.  All help is very greatly appreciated!
