Help Javier get a hip replacement prosthesis

Hello, For those who do not know me, my name is Karen. Sadly, my 51 years old father suffered a fall and fractured his hip, as a result he is in need of a hip replacement surgery, he has been on dialysis for complete kidney failure the past 8 years which has incapacitated him to work. He currently lives in Venezuela with my elderly grandmother and needs a total primary commented prosthesis with conventional cup and ceramic head for the hip replacement surgery. Regretably, the economic and political situation in Venezuela has ruined the healthcare and hospitals that are in such precarious conditions that the patient has to bring everything needed for the surgery and pay a reduced priced compared to private clinics for it to be done. We have been able to afford the neccesary exams, laboratory studies and external examinations needed (such as Xrays and magnetic resonance), transportation costs, necessary applieances such as a walker and a sores overbed, but we are unable to gather the means to afford the high cost of the prosthesis. Although I live abroad from Venezuela it is beyond my or my father's capacity to afford the prosthesis needed. This is why I ask of your solidarity to gather the funds to obtain the prosthesis for the surgery that my father needs, any amount of help is of great significance to us. The funds will be used to adquire the prosthesis which cost 4500$ and this price includes transportation and handling directly to the surgery room. Even the smallest aid is of inmense help and we will be very thankful for it. If you can not help us with some donation, but you know where we could get the prosthesis at a lower price or if you could get us in contact with Aid that could get the help needed within Venezuela or that is able to reach Venezuela you are also very welcomed to help us in that manner. Hola, Por si no me conoces mi nombre es Karen, lamentablemente mi padre de 51 años sufrió una caída que le causó una fractura en la cadera, resultando así en necesidad de un reemplazo de cadera. El padece de insuficiencia renal en etapa hemodiálisis desde hace ya 8 años y lo ah colocado en situación de discapacidad laboral. Actualmente el reside en Venezuela junto a mi abuela, el necesita una prótesis total comentada con copa convencional y cabeza de cerámica para la cirugía de reemplazo de cadera. Lamentablemente, debido a la situación económica y política en Venezuela los servicios hospitalarios no están funcionando adecuadamente ya que están en situación de extrema precaria y requieren que los pacientes paguen un monto reducido en comparación con los hospitales privados y lleven todos los insumos necesarios para realizar cirugías. Actualmente hemos podido realizarle todos los exámenes necesarios hasta el momento, como rayos X, laboratorio y resonancia magnética, así mismo como adquirir una caminadora y un sobrecama antillagas y todos los gastos extras de traslado que han surgido. Lamentablemente no tenemos los medios necesarios para adquirir la prótesis que requiere para la cirugía, a pesar de yo vivo fuera de Venezuela igualmente está más allá de mis capacidades y las de mi padre los fondos para adquirir la prótesis que necesita. Es por esto que requerimos de su solidaridad para ayudarnos a recaudar fondos para su prótesis y así poder hacerse la cirugía que mi papá necesita. Toda ayuda es de gran relevancia para nosotros y una granito más para alcanzar la meta de realizarle su operación. Los fondos donados será utilizados para adquirir la prótesis que cuenta 4500$, este precio incluye transporte y manejo de la prótesis directamente a quirófano. Cualquier ayuda por más pequeña que sea es una vital ayuda para nosotros, toda ayuda será bendiciones y estaremos eternamente agradecidos. Si no puedes asistirnos de manera económica pero conoces de alguien o de alguna organización que pueda ayudar a encontrar la prótesis a un mejor precio o si puedes asistirnos a contactar alguna organización que haga donaciones dentro de Venezuela o que pueda llegar a Venezuela también es más que bienvenida esta ayuda.
