Help Javi with his medical expenses.

Hi- my name is Amanda Lares and I’m Javi’s older sister. If you know us, you know how close we are and how much I love him and try to look out for him.

Unfortunately, last weekend when he was in the city, he got caught up in trying to diffuse a bar fight for his buddy and in the process took most of the heat and ended up in the hospital with a broken jaw and staples in his head. This is typical Javi…standing up for what’s right and protecting his crew.

As you can imagine, this whole process has been very stressful on him and my family and the road ahead to recovery is still a long one. He was initially admitted to a terrible hospital where he was left in the waiting room bleeding from his head for 3hrs before he was helped. Then he took a traumatizing ambulance ride to the second hospital where he spent a few days managing the pain and then was discharged with unclear next steps. We’ve been on a journey trying to find a Oral Surgeon to squeeze him in for the quickest appointment and he finally has one on the 24th! Thank god! He’ll need jaw surgery to fix his fractured bone and and also mouth surgery to remove his impacted wisdom tooth and fix the gum line. His liquid diet will continue and if you know my brothers eating habits this is also torture for him.

If you can donate what you can to help cover his medical expenses/income loss that would be much appreciated! He doesn’t know we’re starting this because he probably wouldn’t let me (cause he’s Mr. Independent lol) so please keep it on the low for now. I plan on sharing the funds with him in the next couple weeks once all the bills come rolling in.
