Help Jasper with his medical expenses

Hi everyone, my name is Jasper. I'm a sweet 5 month old little kitten full of life. I came to Kitty Queen Cat Rescue as a 2 week old baby with my momma and siblings. All of my siblings and my mom have been adopted now. I'm still in foster because I have a few medical issues and I'm half the size of my siblings.
I was born with one of my eyes halfway sealed shut and the inside eyelid adhered to my eyeball. I also had pneumonia and now mycoplasma. I'm doing much better on my medicine but in order to diagnose my now rhinitis and take a culture and biopsies of my nasal passage the rescue had to help me get a CT scan to figure out my issues.
Now that I'm on the right medication I can look forward to my eye surgery as soon as I'm better from my mycoplasma. My rhinitis is a life long issue I'm told but I should still be able to live my best life for a long time.
Could you be so kind and donate to my care so that I can find my furever home soon after I heal up. I swear I'll be the best boy always and furever if given this chance.
