Hi!!! My name is Jasper Vallad and I am a sophomore Music Education major at Kansas State University. This Winter, I auditioned and won a place playing Drum Set with the Drum and Bugle Corps River City Rhythm, Based out of Minnesota. Drum Corps is the major leagues of the marching arts, and this summer-long activity is an amazing opportunity to expand my skills as an educator and a musician. Although River City has some of the lowest fees in all of Drum Corps, it still comes at a high cost.

I am creating this go fund me with a goal of raising $3200, the total cost of corps tuition which covers housing, transportation, food, uniforms, educators, instruments, and the many other expenses that accrue over the summer. Donations are the only way that I will be able to spend the summer learning and growing through this group, and I thank you so much for supporting my journey as a musician and future music educator.
