Help Jason Couckuyt's children get a fresh start

Some say addiction is a choice.  The medical profession says it's a disease.  Whatever it is, addiction took everything from this family.  On April 16th Jason Michael Couckuyt lost his battle.  He was set to go to rehab the next week.  He had been clean for almost 2 months.  He wanted to give himself and his 2 children a better life and win back the respect of his family.  Now he can't do that and we are humbly asking for help.  As a result of addiction, Jason lost his job, the house is gone, the car was repossessed and there is no money in accounts.  The family has paid the ultimate price with the loss of their Dad and husband.  Jody is taking classes to upgrade her PSW skills to support the family.  They are presently living in a friends basement and borrow a car when needed.  They need to get on their feet.  My brother would have hated this cry for help.  He was always the first to help everyone.  He was such an easy person to love.  He would want to take care of his family himself.  But he can't.
