Help Jason fight sarcoma

Hi, as some of you may have heard Jason O' Sullivan was diagnosed with the ultra rare cancer: Cic Rearranged Sarcoma also known as Cic Dux 4 Sarcoma. This is an extremely rare and aggressive cancer that only accounts for less than 1% of sarcomas. He was was diagnosed with cancer in November 2022 but it was only after three biopsies in the following two months that it could be classified as cic rearranged sarcoma.
His tumour was in his chest wall just between his heart and left lung so he needed chemotherapy to shrink it before surgery could take place. Because this sarcoma is so rare and aggressive, we were told there was a high chance it would be chemo resistant. Travelling to Cork University Hospital he had 10 rounds of gruelling chemotherapy that included Doxorubicin better known as "The Red Devil" and Ifosfamide, luckily his tumour started to shrink but not without terrible side effects to his already tired body. He suffered many setbacks from infections, blood transfusions, hospitalisation from pneumonia and neutropenic sepsis.
On the 22nd August 2023 he went for his surgery where the 10cm tumour was removed alongside two ribs, lung wedge and part of his chest wall,he had extensive reconstruction by a plastic surgeon while the surgery was taking place. His surgeon and oncologist told us that his surgery was a total success and the tumour was gone. Now its time for him to start his recovery.
After 6 weeks Jason has resumed chemotherapy in Cork University Hospital to make sure there is no cancer cell left in his body.
Prior to his diagnosis Jason had his sign making and fitting business in Tralee which he loved but unfortunately had to cease working as he wasn't able to work and undergo gruelling treatment in Cork. He has had to rely on his own savings for household bills and travels expenses. No one should have to worry about money and bills when they are battling cancer. Without the ability to work, all of Jasons bills and expenses are piling up. Please consider donating to support him.
