Hi, my name is Tesia. Jason is my husband. When Jason was a baby, he received his first heart transplant. We celebrated 30 years on May 21, 2021 with one heart. The average time someone has their heart is 10-15 years. The doctors are amazed he lasted 30 years, but that’s my Jason. He’s amazing and a fighter. Recently, we had some tests done, which resulted in being told by Jason’s doctors that his coronary arteries are narrowing, which could potentially cut off the blood supply to his heart. After being told this, they recommended going through all of the testing to get Jason approved onto the heart transplant list.

Jason received the news that he is on the list on 9/24/21. We are planning financially because Tesia will need to take work off so she can care for Jason, until he is strong enough to be on his own throughout the day. This GoFundMe is to help us be okay while Jason recovers from surgery.
