Help Jason White with Liver Transplant Expenses

Hello from the family of Jason White. We would like to ask for your support and help to fund the extra expenses associated with having a liver transplant.

Jason grew up in Marion, AR and has lived there most of his life. He has been a part of the Crittenden County Search and Rescue for around 20 years and if you know him, you then know, that he would give the shirt off his back to help his friends, family and neighbors. Early 2024 he started noticing he wasn't feeling well often, and he was bruising easily in random places. He went to multiple doctors and eventually found out he has Fatty Liver Disease which has caused him to develop cirrhosis of the liver. We took him to Vanderbilt, in Nashville, and after almost a year he has been approved to be placed on the liver transplant list.

Once on the list Jason, his wife (Gina), and daughter (Nikki) will wait for the call that a liver is ready for Jason. After the transplant Jason will be in the hospital for about a week and then he will have to stay in Nashville for another 3 to 4 weeks due to follow up appointments with his liver transplant team. This will require renting an apartment or home for the 3 of us to live in.
