Hello everyone,
We’re reaching out during a tough time for our family. On the morning of Friday, April 4th, my brother-in-law, Jason, felt weak and had a tingling sensation in his arm. After a visit to the ER they sent him home stating it could be a mild stroke, but with his age and medical history they weren't certain and leaned towards it being panic attack. Shortly after he got home from the hospital Jason started having a seizure. He was transported back to the hospital and a CT scan detected a large blood clot in the brain as well as a bleeding on the brain. He was then immediately flown to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne where he had multiple other seizures. He suffered a venous stroke that came with complications because of the blood clot. He is currently still in the hospital undergoing tests and will be starting a rehabilitation program as he begins the long road to recovery. Jason is only 28 years old and the sole provider for his household, which includes my sister, Claire, and their young daughter, Lillian. He is such a hardworking, devoted, loving father and husband which makes this all the more devastating. With him unable to work for the foreseeable future and medical bills already stacking up, we’re asking for your support to help ease their burden so they can focus on his healing. Donations will go directly toward everyday living expenses, medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and essentials for Lillian.
Any amount—big or small—will make a difference. If you can’t give, please consider sharing this with others who might be able to help. Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and continued support.
