My life changed forever after a tragic accident that took away my transportation and so much more. I lost my fiancée in the crash—she died at the scene—and my friend spent a month in the hospital, going through four or five surgeries. I was also injured and had to have surgery on my left ankle, which means I can’t put any weight on it for at least three months. The loss and recovery have been overwhelming, both emotionally and physically.

On top of this, I’m living with and caring for my 70-year-old mother, who needs help with daily life. We live in a fifth wheel camper, and having a truck that’s big enough to move it is essential for our lifestyle. With a decent down payment, I’ll be able to get the truck we need to stay mobile, get to appointments, and make sure my mom is safe and cared for while I recover and rebuild.
