I am reaching out to you with a request for support. For the past two decades, I have been living with the repercussions of a dental procedure gone wrong. A tooth that was removed 2 years ago has left me grappling with ongoing dental issues, affecting my quality of life and overall well-being.

As a dedicated teacher, I have always been committed to serving my students and community to the best of my abilities. However, the constant discomfort and pain caused by my dental problems have made it increasingly challenging for me to fulfill my duties effectively. Living with this dental burden has taken a toll on me both physically and emotionally. Simple tasks like eating and speaking have become daily challenges, and waking up in the middle of the night with pain in my jaw is causing absences in my work.

Despite my best efforts, my dental insurance coverage is insufficient, leaving me unable to afford the surgery needed to address these long-standing issues. The cost of the procedure is approximately $2,500, which is a significant portion of my teacher salary.

$819.44 - Root Canal on bottom tooth that has been affected by upper tooth problem slamming on it.
