Friday night Dec 18th Jason Medlin or "Metal Head" as we knew him died from complications from the Covid-19 Virus. He could not catch his breath. He had tested positive just a week earlier. His family needs all the help we can give them for his funeral expenses.

Initially we only had the option to cremate due to the prohibitive cost for a full burial. But since YOU have given so much support it appears it may be within reach to have his body buried instead of cremated. A burial plot has been secured and a headstone. Some of you in particular have gone above and beyond to make all the arrangements fall into place. You know who you are and I and the family cannot thank you enough. If funds are raise above the burial expenses any additional funding will go straight to the family for other related expenses and the care of Jason's brother.

For those of you  that knew Jason, you know he had a loving heart for people. We were just talking a few days ago on the phone about Christ and Scripture. Jason Graduated Pickens High School in 1997 and was actively working two jobs and was living in an apartment in Pickens with his brother.
