My name is Jason, and I'm a veteran who has recently been diagnosed with a bizarre form of bone cancer. It has debilitated me to the point I can no longer walk unassisted, and thus have been unable to work for months now. I had savings I was living off of, but that has all been used up at this point. I was recently denied unemployment benefits due to my inability to work, and so now I'm waiting on SSI and military disability to be approved, but that typically takes months....and I'm broke. In fact, my power just got cut off. I ran a Gofundme recently and still had a bit left over so I paid what I could a couple days ago, but I guess it wasn't enough. Essentially I'm just trying to to keep the lights on and rent paid until I can get my disability, I have SNAP so I'm able to eat, but kinda need power so I can cook lol. If you donated before, don't feel obligated to do so again, I cannot stress again how much I appreciate everyone's help through all this. I despise asking for help, but once again I find myself stuck without any other options
