Help Jason get back on his feet (and skates)!!!

Hello, this is Jason's sister, Allison. I've set up this fundraiser without Jason's knowledge, as I know the last six months have been tough on him mentally, physically, and financially. I also know he is too proud to ask for help.

On Tuesday, November 8th, Jason is scheduled to have ACL and meniscus repair surgery done on his left knee. The estimated cost for this procedure is just over $8,500. After his surgery, it is recommended that he take 4-6 weeks off of work to ensure proper recovery. This forced time off sets him back a whole month (maybe more) of income, which hurts, as he had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for a rental car after his car was hit by a drunk driver back in June.

All the money raised will go towards Jason's medical and monthly bills, including transportation to and from physical therapy, should he not have his car back during his recovery time.
