On January 10th, 2026, our good friend Jason Mancia was in an accident while riding his motorcycle. He collided with a car in an intersection, resulting in a hospital stay from 1/10/26 to 1/27/26 to treat several severe injuries including a collapsed lung, broken bones, road rash, and more. All of which required a medically induced coma for a portion of his hospital stay. Even though he was wearing his helmet, he received a nasty concussion that still has him experiencing a good amount of memory loss and fuzziness.
Jason had to have surgery for his broken arms, feet, a leg, as well as his pelvis and hip. He also had to have skin grafts on each arm. He will need a second surgery on one of his feet and may also need a second surgery on his hip.
He was in rehabilitation 1/27/26 to 2/22/26 and now is at home and bedbound for 12 weeks until his hip and pelvis have completely healed.
Now that some of the dust has settled and he is thankfully back at home, the weight of all of the bills and not being able to go back to work has compounded, and that stress is a lot for Jason. Everyone that knows Jason knows that he is a hard worker, takes great pride in all that he does, and he does not normally ask for help. We hope to raise some money for Jason so that he can get some relief in his time of need. Any help will allow us to better help him focus on what is important now: healing and future physical therapy.
Any help, no matter how big or how small, is so appreciated, and we could never thank you enough!
