Help Jason Davis Battle Colon Cancer!

Anyone lucky enough to know Jason, knows he would help anyone at anytime if they needed it. Well, now is our chance to show him the same love and support.

Last week Jason was seen in an urgent care for abdominal pain, sent home and told he was okay. The next day the pain became worse so he went to the ER at Mercy suffering from severe abdominal pain. After a scan, it was quickly discovered that he needed emergency surgery to remove a mass in his colon that could have ruptured. It was determined that it was colon cancer.

Thankfully, they were able to successfully remove the mass and put him back together. It will be a LONG recovery, as he will also need chemotherapy as well as radiation. They are still waiting for pathology to give them the stage and grade of the cancer.

Needless to say, Jason will be out of work for a while (recovery alone is at least six weeks), and if he doesn’t work, he doesn’t get paid. He is a husband to Kim and a father to his amazing kids ages 12, 22, and 23.

Please help make this journey a little easier for the Davis family by helping them monetarily so they can afford to focus on Jason’s health. This is no journey a 50 year old man should be battling right now, but if anyone knows Jason, they know he will slay this and be back to karaoke soon!
